Invoicing

If your online shop or one of your connected ERPs is equipped with invoicing capabilities, then magnalister supports the following: magnalister transfers orders from the marketplace to the shop with all relevant data, completely automatically. This makes generating invoices totally simple.

Inventory

Good stockkeeping is hugely important, both for sellers and marketplaces, to keep delivery times accurate and to avoid overselling.  If your ERP software synchronises your inventory to your online shop, magnalister will also optionally allow you to synchronise these numbers automatically to your connected marketplaces.

Shipping

Manage your marketplace orders without extra effort: pre-configurations can be applied to the order status during the order import. And for shipping, the order status, tracking code and carrier details can be sent from the ERP to your online shop, and from there automatically sent out to the marketplaces.

Accounting

If your ERP software includes a bookkeeping module, or can transfer invoice data via a DATEV-interface, your workflow can be automated perfectly through magnalister, from order imports all the way to bookkeeping.

CRM

Analyse data and get specific information from your target markets, or get a general overview of how you’re communicating with your customers. Through order imports from the marketplaces, all data is centralised and automated and readily available to you.
